Amazing apartment. The owner really takes care and has pride in her apartment. It was so clean and in a perfect spot in Modena. This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed at.

The space, the decor and the facilities were all great. Fab location easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great recommendation for a restaurant and Francesca helped us organise some great tasting tours for cheese , wine and ifcourse the balsamic vinegar

Location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere. It was very helpful that there is a lift up to the apartment as we had a big suitcase! The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed. Francesca is a great host and we were very grateful that she could provide us storage for our luggage on the day we checked out.

Exceptional. What a joy it was to stay at this property. A great location on a nice quiet street, very central. Very tastefully decorated and so homely. You have absolutely everything you need at your fingertips. Breakfast well catered for. Beautiful outlook of Modena rooftops from the upper floor which is very like a gallery. A lovely feel from the minute we walked in. The host was just lovely and so incredibly helpful. Both my husband and I agreed it was just perfect for us. We were reluctant to leave. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be returning and this is without doubt the place we will choose to stay. Catherine UK
