The property was exceptionally located within a 5 min drive to Merano and 18 min drive to Bolzano making it a perfect getaway destination from visiting all the Christmas markets, ski resorts, nature trails and other amenities nearby.
The landlord of the property Graziella is a welcoming person and most of all always in open communication. The property had all the features such as kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable beds, tv, outdoor patio and most of all a washer! Will return upon next trip to the slopes! Thank you Graziella!

Sehr saubere und großzügige Unterkunft mit zwei Balkonen und einem modernen und schönen Bad, sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man von der Straße nicht viel hört.
Appartamento grande, spazioso, e ben tenuto. Pulito, anche nei minimi dettagli che non è scontato. L'ost Graziella è sempre stata presente in tutte le nostre richieste, carina, gentile. Torneremo di sicuro.
Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Bushaltestelle 3 min entfernt. Allerdings führt eine Hauptverkehrstrasse am Haus vorbei, es ist halt laut aber man hört es nachts nicht. Die Betten sind sehr gut.
