TEA was overlooking the park in the middle of Santa Margherita and the beautiful ocean could be seen with no obstacles from the deck. There was a spring festival complete with a marching band that went right past the deck and fireworks in the park. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Taxis were available to take you from the train to the apartment. TEA was clean, had several beds, a small kitchen, tv, and nice shower. The host was there when we arrived and made us feel right at home.

Directions to find property was not great. Needs clear instructions as to where the property was situated.
great location, superb views, right above many local restaurants, lovely and good size balcony - easy access to transport (ferry, bus , taxi )
Location was great right in the heart of the town. View from balcony was stunning. Owner lives next door and was on hand if required though we didn’t need to. Lovely area to explore or soak up sun.
