This property was perfect for our family. It was spacious, the location was amazing and the host was very friendly. Property and linens were also very clean. The kids loved having the loft area to lounge.
There was a lot to like with this apartment. The location was perfect. We had two little balconies, of which one had a view of the lake. It was very convenient to have 1.5 bathrooms so our adult daughter had her own. There was a large amount of closet space which was wonderful since we were there for six days. They provided us with plenty of towels. At our request they came and showed us how to use the wash machine. There is no dryer but there is a laundromat just steps away so we dried our clothes there. Very good price for the large dryer. They also came by with laundry detergent and an information booklet which was helpful. The kitchen was adequate. A few more glasses would be nice and we needed a couple more cereal bowls since we cooked and fixed our own breakfast every day.
The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. We loved the big pillows.
It was in a good position in Varenna. Even though the flat was small it seemed spacious. Seemed to have everything we needed for our stay.
Position and cleanliness. Staff check in very good.
The location was perfect for exploring the village and surrounding area. We were especially thrilled with how close we were to the little beach at Spiaggia -- perfect for early morning swims and late night dips under the stars. The apartment was cheerful, clean, and very comfortable.
