Krasne, ciste, prostorne, skvele vybavene, vyborna komunikace s majitelem.
Ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione con i mezzi pubblici, in prossimita' del porto e del lungomare. Comodo anche avere un centro commerciale ed un supermercato dall'altra parte della strada
