Everything! I rarely give maximum scores to hotels, but this one was really special: you felt at home! The entire staff was extremely well trained, was always ready to help and all the time with big smiles on their faces.
We did a mistake in our travel planning and arrived one day too early: they were able to book us a room at a nearby hotel (as Tratterhof was fully booked that night) and offered us to use all the facilities we needed.
The food was fantastic, with plenty of options for children and adults, including excellent wine offerings.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and the ski pistes (close by and with a free hotel shuttle) were good.
After skiing, we could choose between an indoor pool or an outside infinity pool (both heated), family sauna, indoor playroom or cinema for children. Wonderful!
Last but not least, very fair value for money for half pension.
I can only recommend it!
Nice and clean room with beautiful view. Excellent and abundant breakfast and dinner. Big parking garage. Huge, adults-only wellness area with plenty of choices to relax, including sauna ceremonies. Ski shuttle service was a nice option to have. Great hospitality by the hotel staff.
