If this site allowed for more precise ratings, this property would easily be a 9.5. Tre Raggi Apartment is spotlessly clean and newly and well renovated. The hosts provided some very clever touches, including changing the key code to something easy for a guest to remember and having automatic lighting for the stairs. The shower was among the best I've ever used. Our main purpose for our first timers’ trip to Venice was for the Biennale; one couldn't ask for more regarding location. It's also a five minute walk to the vaporetto stop, which is also the stop for the airport "bus." The immediate area is also convenient to a grocery store, bars, and restaurants; and while there are plenty of tourists, it didn’t feel particularly touristy. Communication by Whatsapp with the host was friendly and helpful.

apartment is located in the best part of Venice. It’s right next door to Biennale and to Via Garibaldi

Location is great closer to the real Venice, plenty of room, clean and everything you need to cook a meal, fridge and newly remodel. We liked the area for food and drinks as well

Fantastic apartment, very well renovated and very clean. It is pretty spacious for two people and it has anything you need. Fantastic shower. Strong AC and a washer with 15 min program is a real bonus. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in few apartments in Venice over the last 20 years and this one is our favorite. Hopefully we will get to stay here again.

Supper helpful host- gave lots of help in organising transport. The shower was fantastic. The area had a good mix of cafes and bars while still being walkable to the City centre.
