Location was excellent. Steps away from the Vatican. Room was comfortable. Bed was great. View from room was awesome. It was cool (December) so no a/c used.
Cute little room with a nice view! The bathroom was nice and the beds were good. Only issue we had was when we arrived at reception we were handed the keys and told we had to walk another 10 minutes to a separate building where the room was which isn’t great in 37° wether and having lots of bags to carry.
There was an issue with our balcony door but the reception solved it. The communication was superb and the receptionist very helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The cleanliness was on point and the location is also good. Can easily get taxi nearby. The toilet has muslim shower which is a plus point. Highly reccommend to everyone visiting Rome.
