Our hostess was so good to us. She helped us get to our apartment from Tronchetta. Venice is not easy to navigate without some previous knowledge of transportation. The apartment is super cute. It's a real Venetian experience. Our rooms were super clean.

Staff were very friendly and kind, the apartment was very spacious, wifi was strong and the location was very convenient. Close enough to all the major sites but also tucked in a quiet street for a nice balance of peace and convenience

The location is very nice with a canal adjacent for water taxi service and a 5 minute walk to the water bus (vaporetto). st. Mark’s is a 15 minute walk. A dozen or so good restaurants within two blocks. It’s kitchen and bath is very modern and the unit had two a/c units so it was very comfortable in the warm weather. The owner and staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly. We cooked breakfast every day and there is a supermarket 1 block away. We had a great time and would stay there again.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Great location. Quiet place.

The location ! So much better staying at the apartments rather than some hotels. Originally thought it was a little far away from everything but then that turned out to be the best part. Much more authentic. Loved being across from the church and it was a 10-15 min walk to St Marks. Fit all 5 of us comfortably. No sitting area except for the kitchen or terrace outside. This was fine for us since we weren’t hanging out in the apartment but if you want that, this place doesn’t have it.
