Loved the location and it was very comfortable thank you!!
Great and very helpful communication from the staff, including regarding logistics for check in, check out and luggage storage.
Everything- the location is excellent- I came for the Venice Biennale and it was so close- even very close to Piazza San Marco and most places we wanted to visit. It was very clean and even Rebecca and Silvia were most helpful. I would have not known about the strike on the day we were leaving but they checked for me and they let me know that i would need to walk to Piazzetta di Roma and then catch the ATVO bus to airport from 6-9 am or 12-3pm. Their research helped us tremendously as we if it were not for them, we could have missed our flight.
I loved its location away from the main tourist areas but still a pleasant stroll to San Marcos piazza, and close to water bus stops. I loved that at night we could hear neighbors singing or practicing a violin. I loved its charming narrow street.
