This was a lovely place to stay, with truly wonderful hosts whose directions about how to get in after hours were perfect. It is, however, quite hard to find (not shocking in Venice, but worth noting) and thus best to arrive during the day. The room with shared bath was more simple than the pictures, but was more than adequate and both room and bath were very clean and functional. And, at 7.5 euros, the breakfast on the terrace (which includes fruit and yogurt in addition to coffee, croissant and other bread) is definitely a bargain.

The location was very good. Very closed to many shops and restaurants and only 10min walk to Rialto Bridge!
The location was super good next to one of the "main streets" of the city. Is easy to walk everywhere and is about 15 min walkin from the train station. Fabio was super friendly and the breakfast was AMAZING, fresh bakery, nice coffee, fruits, juice... and the terrace was lovely to have the breakfast. Communication through Whatsapp with Valentina was fast and efficient and they even upgrade our room once we got to the place. Lovely place to stay in the city.
