The elevator! Michela is so kind and helpful. Great location to nicer parts of La Stresa and docks for boat access. Netflix and Amazon access! The space is very modern and high ceilings.

We were well met by Michaela, Who showed us our room and gave us good information. it was a good location and a pleasant walk from the train station.close to many places to eat and a great laundry right up the street. Very clean. thank you Micheala and thanks to to your hardworking staff.

The room was really clean and it was in a great location. Michela the receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. We asked her some recommendations for supper and day activities, which really helped us make the most of our trip.
