The property is very close to the "town square" of Assisi. It is a two unit building with the owners living above the rental unit, so they were easily assessed for any needs. When my daughter and I arrived, we announced that my daughter would be sleeping in the bedroom and I would be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. They had assumed that since we were two persons, that we would be sleeping together. So they scurried around and made up the sofa bed for us. The apartment looks very much like an Italian home and contains everything that you would need to feel comfortable in Assisi.

The apartment is very big for a one bedroom place, has space to relax and for all your luggage, bed comfortable, and is well furnished. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, quiet, and does have some views over the valley.
