The breakfast was amazing! The staff were very helpful!
This small town is in the middle of nowhere yet it’s home to lots of great restaurants and this cute little hotel. The room was a good size, great bathroom, and a big window that opened to the trees backyard and the morning light! The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. The restaurant downstairs was where they serve breakfast and it was inviting, full of people and chatter, and lots of good food and good coffee. Sadly, the chef was indisposed so we weren’t able to test the kitchen there but if it’s anything like the breakfast, it’ll be great.
My room was nice and clean. Had everything I needed. The front desk person (Deborah) was professional and kind. Dinner was excellent. The breakfast was simple but nutritious. I had a nice cappuccino, a small sandwich, juice and a banana. Perfect. The hotel is close to town. Walking there is only a matter of a a few minutes.
great location, easy to transit to train station, near supermarket and restaurants. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is superb.
Very smooth from picking up the keys to the very end; room was nicely lit, nice aircon and bathroom. In the heart of Novellara :)
