This place was great, very spacious and great outdoor area. Air conditioning in every room, and good location.
This house (of course not a Villa)is located in the centre of Rapallo surrounded by bigger buildings, in 10 min walking distance to the sea. We loved this place as it is like an oasis with a really well maintained and very beautiful little garden. the house is newly renovated with a lot of taste, nicely furnished with many beautiful paintings.
Toll ist der Parkplatz der auf dem Grundstück liegt und hinter dem Tor verschlossen ist. Auch die Lage ist super und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis top.
Sehr gute Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz und kleinen Garten "fast" mitten im Zentrum von Rapallo! Nur 5 min. zu Fuss an die Uferpromenade und ins Zentrum von Rapallo! Anwesen liegt in einer Anwohnerstraße (ruhig) und alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Golfplatz Rapallo 3 min. mit dem Auto.
+ Standort. Zentral und man kann zu Fuss überall hin (bis zum Meer ca. 15').
+ Es hat viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5' zu Fuss.
+ Das Haus ist gut umzäunt, so das man sich sicher und aufgehoben fühlt.
+ Parkplatz im Garten mit elektronischem Tor.
+ Im Haus hat es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Sehr praktisch in den heissen Tagen (Fernbedienung oben funktioniert für alle drei Geräte).
+ Sehr sauber gewesen.
+ Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit einem Satz als Ersatz.
+ Küchen enthält alles was man braucht inkl. Kaffe Maschinen für Kapseln.
+ Waschmaschine war sehr toll und sauber (etwas versteckt im unteren WC im Kasten drin).
Garten war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich.
+ Bett war für alle bequem.
