The room was actually new apartment with all needed amenities. Hotel is situated very close to the city centre and the lake shore. Great starting point for visiting Borromeo islands. Restaurants, coffee bars and shops are all nearby. And on the top - hotel offers also a garage for some extra money - very much welcomed. And yes, not to forget - very friendly hosts.
We booked 1 double room and a studio apartment. The studio has a perfectly equipped kitchenette and the bathroom has a fantastic shower.
Place is discretely clean, very central in Baveno yet quiet, there’s parking in place (for an extra charge). Am overall satisfied with the place.

Easy to use modern access stairs, good tread height & widths, easy to use.
