Very helpful staff! I am really glad, that I have chosen this hotel. Been there with my son, doing some business nearby. Very nice, just cooked, breakfast, and again, very responsive and welcoming staff, replying all the questions, giving consultations/recommendations. Totally recommend concerning price/quality balance.

The hotels location is great . Everything was well organised. Breakfast was good. Staff were very cooperative.

The hotel is a little far away from the center but could be accessible by bus to any where. The hotel is within about 30 minutes walk distance to nur-sultan train station and I bought traffic card there. I can talk to reception staff via google translator and they are very warm and helpful and hotel pay good attention to security. The breakfast is simple but enough. It's more than the price I paid. I would like to stay with belon land hotel next time.

A small heads-up: The bathroom fixtures were a bit older, but everything was clean and functional, which is perfectly acceptable for a budget stay.
