Everything is 10/10.
Embassies are in walkable distance.
In one room the A/C didn’t work, the receptionist changed the room immediately.
For those with children - consider a restaurant downstairs with music until 21-22 that could be loud in some rooms.
After 22 - peace and calm.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and great location
1) The room was comfy and pretty much clean, there was complimentary water provided. 2) The towels and robes were very soft. There were sleepers in the room. 3) The breakfast was good, also they had coffee machine with decent coffee for extra money. 4) There was an option to extend stay for 2000 tenge per each hour (though at least the first extra hour could be free, imho) 4) Location was excellent for our purpose.
Good location if you need to travel to and from the airport. My taxi used the back road so that we didn’t have to go through the city center and sit in the traffic.
