Gigantic, clean room in a very convenient location at a great price.
I had a wonderful stay here! I'll be back that's for sure. The hotel is located in the middle of the city and everything is so easily accessible.
I wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast cuz I left the hotel early morning and I wasn't informed about the time of the meal if there is. But overall, I love my stay in the hotel. Comfy, spacious and super tidy.
Great location close to shops, cafes and Bayterek Tower. It was hot so having AC in the room was a great plus! Very clean room and water and tea provided in our room:) Natalia at front desk was very responsive through emails and helped us book a taxi from and to the airport!! Thank you so much for that!!
Great location. Very big spacious location and excellent service. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I highly recommend the place for tourists.
