Overall good especially the owner Dmitry was very helpful.
The housekeeper is helpful. Parking space is available and it is gated area. The house is cozy. I got 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. I came as 4 pax of adults. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Near to the city center.
The location is near supermarket and mall. The place is very comfortable and has kitchen. Highly recommend.

Location is within the city, Facilities are good, Value for money
First of all, the host helped a lot from the heckling of the driver when we first arrived. She showed us our rooms and was kind enough to explain the whereabouts of the nearby places. Coming to the apartment, it was very nice, especially considering the locality which was totally a residential complex amidst which stood this small and cute house. The rooms were specious and had the basic amenities required to stay for a few days. I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a peaceful location for a few days in Almaty.
Bonus: The owner is another kind person who offered me to take to a nearby currency exchange and also suggested where we should visit as were not able to figure out.
