Nice host, good and affordable pick-up service, quick and very affordable laundry service, good recommendations, located in a non-touristic neighborhood.

The top room was awesome, it was like being in a pink castle
An absolutely fantastic place. The owner is very friendly and went out of his way to make my time there pleasant despite some personal issues of his own. Had a great tour down to Arslanbob and the ancient city organized by him also. Rooms are a steal for the price and located in a super local area which made it all that more authentic. As long as you do not mind walking to town you will love it here. Higly recommended.
The room is very cozy with plenty of air conditioning.
The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time, he gave us a very good price for his taxi to the ancient town of Otrar and Sairam.
The house is next to a playground so kinda vibrant.
It is close to the main road and good restaurants.
