I recently stayed at the Jumbaktas Astana Hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The spa was a well-maintained, the breakfast was with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. What stood out most were the national desserts; they were absolutely delightful.
Location - room was spacious and confortable.
The attention from the recepcionist ( a lady and a gentleman) was outstanding. They were really helpful and caring. Great hospitality.
Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and tasty restaurant of this hotel made my stay there a true pleasure.
The room I got was clean and spacious, which I find important.
I will consider booking Jumbaktas again on my next trip to Astana
Great value for the money! Comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good, wide choices at the buffet.
