The owner (Alfiya) is a very helpful and nice person. She is the one who helps us a lot during our stay in kazakhstan.
Soon after we landed in the almaty airport, she helped us to arrange a taxi direct to the apartment. (after we have been approached aggressively by a bunch of taxi drivers in the airport).
She also helped us to bring our luggage to the train station during our departure from almaty.
Overall we were very happy to stay in her place and glad to know her.
All, i love the apartment. My family love the apartment.
a very good homestay. you can walk to several places. and the best is you can walk to the green bazaar, you can shop and buy kitchen items to cook at the homestay. the owner of the homestay is very nice. very helpful. just ask if he will help quickly. highly recommended.
