This hotel has gorgeous views of the mountains and it's right next to a sports complex. My room had a very comfortable bed and lounge chair. The decor seemed like a modern mix of Scandinavian with a Kazakh flair. The hotel restaurant is nice enough and the breakfast had a variety of options. If you ask for almond milk (or a dairy milk alternative), they have it. The staff were really lovely. There was a mistake made, but the hotel went above and beyond to make it up to me. It did seem like they genuinely want to provide excellent service. I also loved the concept of the hotel. It celebrates Kazakh culture in a modern and fresh way while feeling like a relaxed, peaceful retreat from the world.
