This hotel has gorgeous views of the mountains and it's right next to a sports complex. My room had a very comfortable bed and lounge chair. The decor seemed like a modern mix of Scandinavian with a Kazakh flair. The hotel restaurant is nice enough and the breakfast had a variety of options. If you ask for almond milk (or a dairy milk alternative), they have it. The staff were really lovely. There was a mistake made, but the hotel went above and beyond to make it up to me. It did seem like they genuinely want to provide excellent service. I also loved the concept of the hotel. It celebrates Kazakh culture in a modern and fresh way while feeling like a relaxed, peaceful retreat from the world.

The property is right next to the ski slopes which was cool to see. There is a large high end mall across the street with a variety of good restaurants. The facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast was very good! We had 3 children with us and they enjoyed their stay as well.

New, clean, beautiful hotel with a restaurant on the side. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. I loved the room design. Housekeeping always tried to make sure that I have everything I needed. Highly recommended the hotel because I booked for2 nights to give it a shot but since I liked the place, I kept extending my stay.
