Location is perfect with plenty of places to eat. Host was very attentive to details on how to access property and flexible with various modes of payment. I would consider staying again on my next visit.

Very nice spacious and modern apartment. It has a kitchen and washing machine which helped in the 7 days we stayed. Good wifi. Well located.
Лучшее место в Алматы, зелено, чисто, красиво, хорошие кафе рядом (в этот приезд особенно понравилась Платформа А). За 30-40 минут на такси можно доехать до Медео. Гостеприимный отзывчивый хозяин. В прошлом году приезжал с сыном, в этом году с женой. Буду приезжать ещё. Бронировать лучше заранее.
Отличная квартира, чистая, уютная, свежий ремонт. Самое крутое расположение для туристов и отдыхающих, все в шаговой доступности. Чувствуется уважительное отношение хозяина к своим арендаторам: от идеальной чистоты квартиры, постельного белья, посуды, наличия косметических средств, до наличия таблеток для посудомоечной машины и капсул для стиралки
