Очень чистая и аккуратная квартира, идеальная звукоизоляция, не слышно никого ни с улицы, ни соседей. Новый ЖК, в хорошем районе. Хозяйка очень вежливая и готовая помочь. Много места для хранения и сама квартира большая.
