The place was very cosy and fully equipped with all the required appliances. It felt like a small home in Almaty.

Great location and walking/cycling distance to markets and restaurants...apartment is super clean and the family running the property so nice and helpful...kitchen is very useful, bathroom functional with good washing machine, and bedroom with wardrobe and TV all good... Bed has a new mattress also. Heating is exceptional as it got real cold outside in the last week. You can be picked up and dropped off at the airport for a nominal charge also. I highly recommend this apartment stay.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities were nice, spacious and comfortable. The place was within walking distance of popular landmarks.

The location was definitely nice. I was also picked up at the airport, driven to the apartment and given keys at 1 am. This Soviet-style apartment isn't super freshly renovated and some furniture looks like it's from the 1990s, but it's fairly solid. It's warm and clean. I didn't see an air conditioner, so not sure how hot it gets in summer, but perfect temperature in winter. I'd say there's everything you need if you're staying a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The owners were very responsive and responded to my questions right away over WhatsApp. Self-checkout was easy, without any rush.
