The staff is very friendly, especially Sabit and Yesset, who are both supportive and polite. The parking area is spacious and convenient, the SPA zone is exceptionally clean and pleasant, and the room is comfortable.

The property was really good. They contacted me over WhatsApp and make sure our late night. Check-in was smooth and easy. A special thank you to Mr.Sabit, the administrator.

Even the location it's not in the downtown but there is many supermarket and restaurants near by.. You can just walk 2 mins.. For me it's good because the place not so busy and not so much noise.. The staff they are warm welcome.. And bell boy did they great job..

We had booked 3 rooms for 6 nights at this property and i dont think we could have had it any better. The rooms were massive, bathroom was massive. All basic kitchen facilities were available. All our rooms were right beside each other, went in the winter and the heaters were working perfectly (eventually had to open windows it was so warm!). We really liked the location too - 5-10 minutes drive to many super restaurants, walking distance from a super market. We didnt do any sight seeing though. The spa was really great, we enjoyed it each evening. The staff were courteous and very willing to help!
