The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean
The location is very near to the city center and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The location is perfect—just a short walk to the city center. The street is vibrant with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel is small, but very clean and the service is excellent. The staff—Igor, Mila, and Nguyen—were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The entrance is at the back of the building, but it’s safe and easy to access. Overall, a great stay!
I am very satisfied with the service at this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, especially Mila—she was always sweet and helpful whenever we needed something or had questions, since it was our first time in Almaty. They really assisted us a lot. Thank you, D'Rami.
Mila & Russian man both were so helpful my daughter got sick & they made sure ambulance was arranged / Medical facility was provided very cozy room & staff is amazing
