The personnel is very friendly and let me check in a bit earlier since I arrived before the check in time
I satay in Keruen Residence quite often, and i really like the friendliness of the staff. Also rooms are always clean, and cosy, equipt kitchen is a big plus. Last time i stayed i had a special request, which was met as i expected, thank you for the Receptionist girl, i cant recall her name, but she was nice and pretty.
Tasty breakfast, good location, clean rooms, very warm in winter, comfy beds, helpful staff. Stayed twice at this small apart-hotel, and enjoyed both times.
