The staff and the receptionists are approachable and accommodating.
Good, but! You need to clean better! Very import for Your info, your pillows are VERY uncomfortable!!! Too soft! It was same comments from my son
first day I really like it how they welcome us then next day I checked out because I had things to do in another city and I back to hotel because I was really really happy to see the service there and the hotel it’s self very beautiful and the General manager who have been so welcomed us in our second stay there because I went to to them and I told him everything with what I’m not happy
Overall all had been good.
House Keeping and respective schedule can be better
It was good location, very good room and bed! Many towels, clean and comfortable bed. Fruits was nice! At the 7th floor was beautiful view! Breakfast was with different and. good choices of dishes!
