Квартира прекрасная - чистая, уютная, красивая, персонал вежливый. И про микрорайон могу то же сказать: красивый, уютный, чистый, рядом много магазинчиков шаговой доступности. Рекомендую однозначно!
Отличный вариант цена/качество, с хозяином все время на связи, дистанционное заселение, своя территория у дома, сама квартира хоть и не большая, но уютная , все понравилось!
