The property is very accessible. It’s near to the mall, park, groceries, restaurants, etc. There were amenities like the kitchen where we cooked when we didn’t want to dine out. There is also a washing machine.There is playground where our kids played during afternoon time. The building is clean and safe The owner, Ollie, and her husband are very helpful and accommodating.

Very clean, good new furniture, WiFi , tv. Very nice area! There is a huge mall next to the apartment. A lot of nice cafes and coffee shops!

Property was conveniently located near a mall with lots of dining options. There were other restaurants near the apartment as well. The best part of our stay was the owner. Our luggage had not arrived with us, and he hired a driver to pick up our luggage for us when it finally arrived on a later flight. The owner and his wife were always reachable and made our stay so much easier. I cannot say enough of how helpful they were. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Highly recommend!

The property is in wonderful condition and the landlord was so very helpful and friendly. She took such great care of our family and was extremely attentive and quick to respond to questions. We have already recommended this property to others!

Central location, 5 mins to one of the biggest shopping malls in Almaty. Apartment is adequately equipped with a Sofa bed in the living room and a bed in Bedroom. Its in a residential building compound. Host was very responsive on whatsapp. Recommended !!
