Great Hotel positioned in an ideal spot in Siem Reap city. The staff are very friendly and will always offer a smile when greeting them. The room was a great size, and the staff did an excellent job in cleaning the room - I always came back to a room looking immaculate. The breakfast was included with the room and had a good range to choose from.

I stayed twice on my trip. Great Value. Talking to other peeps , they paid a lot more for same ) Location good. Nice and quiet ( not Level 4 , room 506 area ) lovely staff, comfy bed. Fridges are kept on low , so turn up when you arrive. Some rooms have better view , outlook than others. Where availability, staff were happy to offer change/ other options. Breakfast was fab. Not over the top with ridiculous amounts of selection/ possibly becoming waste. I'll return.

The location was right in the heart of town, but because it was tucked away down a narrow alley for access, it was very quiet and a respite from the nearby hustle and bustle of one of the main streets. We frequented a massage salon in front of the hotel several times, as well as several nearby restaurants.
