Loved the quietness of being right on the water yet we were only 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping. They had water toys, paddle boards and peddle boats, for us to use and lots of outdoor seating areas! There was a great hike within a 10minute walk down the road and the views at the top were breathtaking. Janet was very helpful!

The location right on the lake with a dock and lovely view was perfect, half way between Port Carling and Bracebridge. The cottage was bright and very comfortable with a kitchen that was really well equipped. There were quiet families having a nice time with their boats and the fire pit and barbecues. The property itself is pretty with flowers. I had a few tree roots to navigate to the cottage from the parking and some steps to the dock and a ladder into the water if you don’t want to walk out into the water. It was a great experience and I’d happily go back!

We loved being right on the lake. The two docks were spacious with plenty of room for different seating areas for guests. The water was clear and nice for swimming. The manager, Janet, was helpful and responsive to questions. We also liked the location. The cottages are about half way between Port Carling and Bracebridge and about 15 minutes to either one. We walked to Huckleberry Hill and enjoyed the short hike and panoramic views of the lakes from the top. One of our party is a runner and was able to find lots of quiet country roads where he could run. The resort appears to have been in business for a long time but they clearly work hard to maintain it and have done some upgrades, i. e. New dock, new fridge in our cabin, new adirondack chairs conveniently placed around the property.

Janet is a fantastic host! The cabins are exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. They have supplied pretty much everything most people would need. The location on the lake is beautiful and the dock, loungers and seating areas make it a pleasure to be down at the water. Just what we were looking for!

Lovely property on the lake. There are 6 cottages lining the waterfront. the cottage was clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. They provide everything you need including dish soap and a clean sponge and a BBQ grill. You wake up in the morning and look through the small breakfast room and see the beautiful lake. The owners are very friendly and accommodating people.
