Flexible check in (arrived to Eldoret on an early flight from NBO and they allowed us to check in) and check out times ( had a late afternoon flight so needed a late check out time and the hotel was flexible)
Great selection of meals starting from breakfast
Personnel was really nice, the facilities are great, room and bed was very confortable. I would be keen to come back there once again.
