service was very bad we were only allocated a room at 4 pm and the room was very damp and wet so we requested them to change the room and they asked us to pay more money to upgrade the room which was not fare and after arguing they agreed to change the room but we were only allocated at room at 11.40 pm on 25 November.which is very sad
as we lost most of the day.
lots of wedding being hosted there so lots of loud noises at late night so destube our sleep

Gladys at the Palms restaurant was remarkable. She is very professional and excellent in customer service.She went out of her way to help guests. Mercie and manager Mahmoud were excellent and very supportive.
Gym was under repairs but provision was made to use another gym in the neighborhood.
Amazing pool!
At peak times, queues for food at buffet.
В целом - отличный отель: вкусная еда, прекрасный пляж, приветливый персонал, 200 USD за дабл с полупансионом - я считаю хорошей ценой для Кении.
Купаться без обуви безопасно только в прилив и в пик отлива - когда волн нет, и хорошо видны под водой кораллы с ежами.
Брать только завтраки смысла нет - в пешей доступности практически только рестораны других отелей.
