The cleaning team
Just by looking at the cockroaches on the floor i wouldnt even dare to try their candy
Horrible room. Smelly bedsheets, used condom wrappers on the floor, hole in the walls, brown cold water running through the tabs, disgusting floor. Air condition did not work in my room and was extremely cold in my friends room. So you either get a room in a sauna or antartica.
I literally had blood on my towels. Waited 4 hours for a new one. The cleaning ladies were so nice, but they can not do anything about the horrible quality of the rooms
There was absolutely no service from the staff other than the cleaning team. The female receptionist was the most rude person i have ever met. She was either wispering so you couldnt hear her or shouting if you asked her to repeat what she said.
DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE A FAMILY WITH KIDS!!! THERE IS PEOPLE SHOUTING IN THE HALLWAY, KNOCKING ON DOORS AND NOICE FROM SENIOR FROGS LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT!!
