The owner really looked after us well. Our stay was extremely comfortable. We booked the room with two beds and it was spacious and clean. They provide simple breakfast, it was yummy and homely. Location was superb, close to bike hire and China's tuktuk. We rented bikes based on the owner's recommendation for two consecutive days with great value. Two adult bikes and two kids bikes. The only thing I will note is that the shower does not drain quickly enough (so it pools), but this is very minor and did not impact our experience at all. At first glance, we thought it would be difficult to get food. But this is not the case. There are many eateries available within a short walking distance. Download Amap and search for restaurants near me and you will find hidden gems. One of which passion fruit fish.

Good location by the lake. The host and his mother were very kind to invite us to join them and their family for a New Year dinner which was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Owner was very nice. Helped with coordinating a lot of tour stuff. Great views. Very convenient.

Beautiful view and proximity to Erhai. Friendly and helpful owner who lives there, speaks some English if you don’t speak Chinese.

Perfect location right on the lake. Our room on the third floor had a large window with the perfect view of Erhai Lake. We could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony and the lounge chairs were perfect for sunbathing for a bit in the afternoon. The hotel location is very convenient for visiting spots like Dali Ancient Town, Cangshan Mountains, and the three pagodas—just a short, inexpensive taxi ride away ( 30 minutes or less to each destination). The room was inviting with a comfortable bed, spacious shower, and very calm and peaceful surroundings. Mr. Young was very attentive, kind, and helpful. He even offered us fresh yogurt with blackberries one afternoon when we were taking a break from exploring around. We also looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning!
