Hotel has great water and city views. Clean and comfortable room. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful, specially Jennie Zheng.
All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would say their hospitality and willing to help is A+. If I may suggest, some fluency with the English language would be great appreciated. I think because it is the hospitality industry and English is more universal, it would be extremely helpful for non-Chinese speaking guests.

The location, the great water & mountain views, the new hotel with stylish decor. Breakfast is very good !! Close to Chaozhou sightseeing, definitely will stay again in the future
