המלון ממוקם באזור מקסים וכל כך אותנטי, מסעדות וחנויות ואוירה מחממת, peipei בעלת המלון קיבלה אותנו באהבה גדולה ודאגה לסגור לנו את כל הכרטיסים והטיולים. היה ממש כיף לשבת ולשוחח איתה על האזור והתרבות הסינית.

Extremely convenient location right on a bustling street with restaurants (including Japanese), supermarkets, and fruit shops downstairs. The host was friendly, spoke good English, and was particularly helpful in planning our itinerary and booking tickets. Made our stay very smooth. Highly recommended.
Spot-on location with genius air-con (lifesaver in the heatwave!). Staff patiently navigated our ropey Spanish—organised tickets, mapped out sensible sightseeing. Breakfast? Proper fry-up, no skimping. Jolly helpful all round. Wouldn't hesitate to pop back.

The owner, Mr. Li, is an absolute legend! Speaks fluent English, sorted out train tickets and hiking maps before I’d even finished my tea. Dead helpful without being overbearing—felt like staying with a knowledgeable mate.
If you’re solo-tripping Zhangjiajie? Do NOT overthink it. Brilliant chats, top advice, proper character. Worth every penny!
