The location is wonderful. There was one made which serviced us, she was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name
The location is superb. Just next to the mall, and a few minutes walk away to Nanjing road pedestrian street. Just across the hotel is people’s park. All staffs are friendly, especially the concierges. I had a lovely stay there. And btw you can send your taobao package there and the staff will send it to you room (I wish some people reviewed about this before so I could have my taobao shopping spree).
location was fantastic, just in front of Peopl's square subway station and close to everything. Staff could surprisingly (compared to other places I've been to in China) speak good English:-)) The room was super clean and very well designed. I checked out at 3 a.m. without a problem and enjoyed everything there.
