Good location ,walking 10 minutes to explore Zhangjiajie , National Park and Grand Canyon. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Always willing to help us. We have good time

The perfect location to stay after exploring Zhangjiajie National Park.The view from my room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is beautifully designed, seamlessly blending modern comfort with Chinese traditional style. they provided great tips on exploring the Forest Park and Grand Canyon. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home.

The location is best, walking distance to forest park and closet to all of the scenic areas. the room was spacious and clean, well-designed. There are many restaurants and shop around the hotel. It is superb for our The service also was amazing. Coral was amazing as she helped us organize all of our tours and took care of all the bookings we needed in the peak season

The location of the hotel was perfect, it is only couple minutes walk to the East gate of Park. The facilities were good and our room was spacious and very comfortable. the staff were unbelievably friendly and organized entrance tickets, booking train station transfers. Many local restaurants close to hotel. Thank you for everything.
