Everything. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Great location with cool food and drink night market outside at night, as well as other restaurants. 5 minute walk from entrance to national park. V friendly and helpful owners who give advice and can book tickets cheaper than official website (although no English spoken)

Thank you so much to the hotel owner and the English-speaking assistant Carol for our stay at the hotel and our excursions. Everything was organized for us before our arrival, and we were patiently answered all our questions. The hotel is located on the most interesting and atmospheric street, with a market, cafes, and shops, and it is beautifully illuminated at night. The hotel itself is cozy and authentic. It is indeed a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance of the park! Before our arrival, there were heavy rains, and many of the roads in the National Park were destroyed. The hotel owner and Carol spent half an hour with us, coming up with new routes so that we could see everything without having to go through these roads!!! Amazing care! Thank you so much!!

This is an incredibly positive place with extremely helpful and friendly service. It's just a 7-minute walk to the main entrance of the national park, and you'll find a night market right outside the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay, that was right near the gate of the national park. The man at reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of really useful information about the best parts of the national park to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain View, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok, and helped us arrange all the activities around Zhangjiajie. The rooms were spacious, clean and had amazing views. Would recommend to stay here if you're visiting the area.
