breakfast was very bad...i used to have breakfast in this hotel 7-8 years ago. between that time and now there is a huge differance. the tv in the room is too small The female receptionist Melet was very attentive and helpful during check in

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment perfect for family use . Also the bonus is room lounge have wash machine and dryer so convenient for our travel need. Staff are so helpful that help us to send parcel and order taxi for us. Special thanks to lobby manager Ray to mange parcel delivery which save us time to manage paperwork.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and facilities, good location

Hotel was top class, absolutely amazing value as it was a 5 star hotel. Room was amazing and bed so comfortable. I was only on a stopover but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had in Asia. Great location, but unfortunately I had quite an early flight so couldn't fully explore. The check in was so easy, and the receptionist spoke excellent English, and the concierge arranged a taxi for me in the morning to the airport and told the driver exactly where to take me.

The staffs are active, reliable and very welcoming, the hotel room is clean, complete with all daily items and comfortable, the view from there is amazing. The lobby is also nice, the interior feels comfortable.
