The secluded location allows for pure rest and relaxation. The artworks throughout the property are awe inspiring. The suite and the view over the bay are stunning. Food and drinks offerings are of high quality, but most of all the staff are outstanding. Especially Sam, Guest Experience Manager, Ado, the Pool House Manager, James, Pool House waiter and the Chinese restaurant manager were amazing. Amazing pre-arrangement in the suite, spot-on Chinese dinner recommendations, very professional, kind and smooth service at breakfast and lunch at the Pool House. I recommend it highly!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hyatt Sanya, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special shoutout to Brandon, our butler, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made our holiday truly special. Whether it was arranging activities, transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, Brandon's service was top-notch! The resort itself is stunning esp at night time, with beautiful surroundings and crystal clear water beach for snorkelling and motorised water activities close by. The staff's commitment to providing an outstanding experience is evident throughout the property.

Beautiful bay with the beach, comfortable modern numbers, an excellent breakfast and obliging personnel

I chose this hotel specifically because I had read in other comments that we can swim in the sea and snorkel directly from the beach, and it is true! There is a small reef and some nice fishes to be seen, which is rare in Sanya. The beach and snorkelling staff are super nice. Other positives include the huge pool, heated indoor pool, several hot baths, and a free kids club with many activities which can keep kids busy several hours a day. And also beautiful views, including from the sea view rooms. No other building is visible from anywhere in the hotel, making the location extra exclusive.
