Clean, in an excellent location and helpful staff at the reception.
Very helpful and responsive. Could speak English. Have suggestions for what to do in the city and a map. Arranged airport pick up and boat tickets and transfer. Room was comfortable and clean, convenient to walk around the city but not in a busy or noisy area.
It is a nice little hotel, right by the river.
It's within walking distance to Guilin's main attractions.
And many dining options around.
The staffs have been very helpful.
We booked a tour through them, and it was nicely arranged.
The room is clean and nice, and all are well provided for.
Very good boutique hotel, 'King room' on 3rd floor almost perfect. Excellent location on the river, lots to walk to. Breakfast was extra, but surprisingly, very professionally prepared. Staff, especially manager David, very helpful.
This hotel was the best value on our China trip.
