Pool, kitchen and laundry facilities were great. Having the choice to cook was handy and having laundry facilities inside the apartment was also useful. The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well which was good given the humid weather.

The whole experience was awesome. The staff guy was very helpful even though he didnt know English but we used translation apps and understood each other very well. The place was super clean and had the best view. There is a store just out the main entrance and you can find useful things like sandals, sun hat, drinks and stuffs there. Definitely would rent again if we visit Sanya again.

The property exceeded expectations- especially the pool- which was the perfect temperature and very clean with no chlorine smell. The apartment was just like home from the moment we unpacked and our host (Mr. Zhang) was very friendly and helpful. He always responded quickly to all of our questions and requests and was very pleasant and helpful. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean and the kitchens were very well stocked with all of the necessities. The air conditioning was even turned on for a while prior to our arrival which was a nice touch and quite rare in China.
