The hotel was responsive to our requests and messages. Special thanks to Ms. Rachel and the reception for accomodating to our request to cancelling one night for one of the 8 rooms we booked. They were accomodating to our needs.The Club King Rooms is big and clean. The housekeeping personnel left personalised notes and this makes us feel welcomed. The location is near to major shopping malls and some of the shops/cafes nearby close late near or past midnight.

Excellence in location, setup, service, and all amenities.

Booked 5 night's stay at this hotel because of its good location. There is a large modern shopping mall -MIXC within 5-10 minutes' walk, behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good with a mix of Shantou and western cuisines. The hotel staffs are helpful, especially the duty manager who had assisted us to change the room to non-smoking room and had a large air purifier placed in the new room after we feedback.

Vicky at reception was very helpful and gave us free vouchers to the bar and a nice upgrade !

The friendliness of the staff who were also very helpful when I needed to find superglue to give a quick-fix for a broken luggage handle.
