Great location- right next to the West Lake but not in the craziest area. Room layout and design are chic and practical. Staff are friendly.
The location is perfect. very close to west lake, restaurants and shopping centers. Easier to call taxi, no traffic jam nearby. The room conditions also good. Staff are friendly and approachable. The conceige team are very helpful.
The concierge service was excellent, especially Tim, he help us to order online food delivery and register the park entries for us, advised us on the nearby place of interests to visit.
We will surely stay Sofitel again in the next trip we visit Hangzhou.
